Neresa A. De Biasi

Neresa A. De Biasi is a Partner with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP.  She helps employers navigate private sector labor relations by assisting them through collective bargaining negotiations, union organizing campaigns and elections, grievances, mediations and arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and adapting to changes in labor laws. Ms. De Biasi also counsels employers on day-to-day employment issues and represents employers before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board and federal, state, and local human rights agencies. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. De Biasi practiced labor and employment law with a national and international law firm and served as a labor and employment attorney at a national grocery wholesaler.
