Melissa A. Romain


Melissa joined the firm in July of 2022. With a practice focused on litigation, Melissa represents management clients in a variety of labor and employment matters in state and federal court, including wage and hour litigation, employment discrimination claims, harassment and retaliation lawsuits. In addition, she counsels employers on a diverse range of topics related to the workplace including contract administration issues and unfair labor practice proceedings. Prior to joining Clifton Budd & DeMaria, Melissa worked for a commercial litigation firm representing and counseling limited liability companies on issues regarding breach of contract, fraud, employment discrimination lawsuits, and derivative lawsuits.
