Robert J. Tracy represents Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP as a Partner. Mr. Tracy practices in the areas of business litigation, insurance coverage, management-side labor and employment law. Mr. Tracy's business litigation practice focuses on the areas of insurance coverage and commercial disputes. He has litigated breach of contract, fraud, and unfair competition claims, as well as numerous declaratory judgment actions involving insurance coverage for underlying construction, employment, intellectual property and environmental claims. Mr. Tracy's labor and employment practice focuses on litigating and arbitrating disputes involving employee terminations, discrimination claims, ERISA claims, and matters involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets.
Mr. Tracy attended St. John’s University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
Mr. Tracy is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association in the Labor and Employment Law Section. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, Mr. Tracy also completed his bar admissions in the United States District Courts in the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York.
