Arthur J. Robb currently serves as Counsel at Clifton Budd &
DeMaria, LLP. Mr. Robb focuses his practice in all areas of
labor and employment law. Mr. Robb gives preventive advice,
working with clients to avoid risk and achieve business objectives
while effectively managing personnel. Mr. Robb also represents
clients in all facets of litigation and arbitration, mediating
cases where appropriate, and taking cases through trial and
appeal when necessary.
Before joining Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP, Mr. Robb was an Associate at a New York law firm specializing in general litigation. His past experience also includes clerking at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations. Mr. Robb received a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Robb is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York, the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York, and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Furthermore, Mr. Robb is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, both in the Labor and Employment Law Section. He is a recipient of the American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.
