Kevin J. McGill currently serves as Partner with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. Mr. McGill has built a large practice representing hundreds of clients in the healthcare industry and the building service industry within the tri-state area. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements for hospitals, nursing homes, social service agencies and residential and commercial properties.
Beyond his work with contract negotiations, Mr. McGill has been active on behalf of his many clients at NLRB proceedings and in the state and federal courts. Additionally, Mr. McGill has represented his clients in arbitration proceedings, mostly in the New York City area. He has also been active in First Amendment litigation, representing many pro bono clients in the state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Mr. McGill attended Fordham University where he received his Juris Doctor. He also holds a Master of Laws degree from the New York University.
Mr. McGill has been admitted to practice by the State of New York, the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals in the Second, Third, Fifth and Sixth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
