Jennifer M. Marrinan is currently an Associate with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. Ms. Marrinan has represented management in all aspects of employment law and labor-management relations. Her experience includes National Labor Relations Board representation proceedings, jurisdictional disputes, unfair labor practice cases and injunction proceedings as well as collective bargaining, negotiations, arbitrations and litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience also includes representation of employers in litigation involving claims brought under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA and state and city employment discrimination statutes. In addition, she has participated in the litigation of ERISA matters.
Prior to joining Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP, Ms. Marrinan served at the law firm of Lambos & Junge. She holds a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University's Detroit College of Law where she received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in Labor Law and continued her studies of Labor and Employment law in the masters program at New York University's School of Law.
Ms. Marrinan is admitted to practice by the State of New York, the District of Columbia, the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Second Circuit. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
