SHERYL SORENSEN has been practicing labor and employment law at Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP since 2005.

Ms. Sorensen's practice focuses on the representation of both private and public sector employers in employment litigation in state court and labor arbitration proceedings as well as before government administrative agencies. Her practice also includes counseling on day-to-day labor and employment issues and other matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sorensen served as an Assistant General Counsel at the New York City Mayor's Office of Labor Relations where she represented the City in every phase of administrative proceedings including arbitrations and improper practice matters before the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining. She also provided legal counsel and assisted negotiators in collective bargaining negotiations.
