ROBERT J. TRACY is a partner with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. He joined the firm in 2003 and has been practicing in the areas of business litigation and insurance coverage since 1986, and management-side labor and employment law since 1988. Mr. Tracy's business litigation practice focuses on the areas of insurance coverage and commercial disputes. Mr. Tracy has litigated breach of contract, fraud, and unfair competition claims, as well as numerous declaratory judgment actions involving insurance coverage for underlying construction, employment, intellectual property and environmental claims. Mr. Tracy's labor and employment practice focuses on litigating and arbitrating disputes involving employee terminations, discrimination claims, ERISA claims, and matters involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets.
