ROBERT
A. SPARER is a partner with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. He
joined the firm in 1997 and has been practicing management-side
labor and employment law since 1986.
Mr.
Sparer represents clients in a wide range of industries with
a substantial focus on the representation of owners, developers
and mangers of commercial and residential real estate. Mr.

union negotiations, arbitrations and related matters, employment
