Neresa De Biasi

Associate

Neresa De Biasi joined the firm as an associate in March 2017. Ms. De Biasi previously served as an in-house labor and employment attorney for one of the nation’s largest wholesale suppliers of food and grocery store items. In this role, she handled various nationwide labor and employment law matters, including developing and administering compliance initiatives, conducting labor and employment trainings for management, aiding in all areas of labor relations, and counseling clients on day-to-day employment issues. Ms. De Biasi has also held positions with the U.S. Department of State in the Economic Affairs Section of its embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam, as well as with the U.N. International Labour Organization in its Cairo, Egypt office.

Ms. De Biasi is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Fordham Law School, where she received the Addison M. Metcalf Labor Law Prize and co-founded the Fordham Labor and Employment Law Society.
