MATTHEW
A. SIEBEL has been practicing law at Clifton Budd & DeMaria,
LLP since 2006.
Matthew
Siebel's practice focuses on the representation of management
in all aspects of labor and employment law. Mr. Siebel has
extensive experience defending employers before federal and
state courts and administrative agencies in all manner of
employment disputes including claims of discrimination, wage
and hour violations, harassment, wrongful discharge and breach
of employment contracts. He also counsels employers in traditional
labor matters including collective bargaining negotiations,
unfair labor practice proceedings and arbitrations. Mr. Siebel
assists his clients in avoiding litigation by providing counseling
and training on such issues as harassment, employee discipline,
medical and military leave and workplace privacy. He represents
private and public clients in a broad spectrum of businesses
including the construction, health care, education and retail
industries.
