KRISTIN
M. BURKE is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. She is a partner
with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. Since joining the firm in
1989, Ms. Burke has developed extensive experience in the
fields of employment and labor law for both private and public
sector clients. In addition to handling many employment law
and constitutional law litigation matters in federal and state
court, Ms. Burke has been active on behalf of clients in labor
arbitration proceedings and administrative proceedings before
the National Labor Relations Board, the New York Public Employment
Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
the Department of Labor, and many human rights and other administrative
agencies in both New York and other states.
While
working with clients to adopt strategies and policies to prevent
employment and labor law disputes, Ms. Burke also has developed
an area of practice involving preventative advice and has
conducted seminars and training sessions for a variety of
employers.
