KEVIN J. McGILL began his legal career in 1971 as a trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board. He has been in private practice as a labor and employment litigator for the past twenty-five years. Mr. McGill has been a partner with the firm since 1978

Over the years Mr. McGill has built a large practice representing hundreds of clients in the healthcare industry and the building service industry within the tri-state area. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements for hospitals, nursing homes, social service agencies and residential and commercial properties. In addition to contract negotiations, Mr. McGill has been active on behalf of his many clients at NLRB proceedings and in the state and federal courts. Mr. McGill has also represented his clients in arbitration proceedings, mostly in the New York City area. He has also been active in First Amendment litigation, representing many pro bono clients in the state and federal trial and appellate courts.
