JENNIFER
M. MARRINAN is an associate of the firm and is admitted to
practice both in New York and the District of Columbia. She
holds a law degree from Michigan State University's Detroit
College of Law where she received the Jurisprudence Achievement
Award in Labor Law and continued her studies of Labor and
Employment law in the masters program at New York University's
School of Law. Her areas of practice include labor and employment
law and employee benefits.
She
has represented management in all aspects of labor-management
relations including National Labor Relations Board representation
proceedings, jurisdictional disputes, unfair labor practice
cases and injunction proceedings as well as collective bargaining,
negotiations, arbitrations and litigation in state and federal
courts. Her experience also includes representation of employers
in litigation involving claims brought under Title VII, the
ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA and state and city employment discrimination
statutes. In addition, she has participated in the litigation
of ERISA and Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act (MPPAA)
matters.
