ERIC S. LAMM joined Clifton Budd & DeMaria in 1978, and has
been a partner of the firm since 1986. His experience and
practice extend to all areas of labor and employment law.
Mr. Lamm represents clients in a variety of industries, including
manufacturing, service and professional corporations. He also
serves a broad array of not-for-profit organizations, such
as health care providers and charitable and academic institutions.
Mr.
Lamm counsels clients on federal and state laws regulating
the employment relationship, and provides them with strategies
for avoidance of litigation and exposure to liability. His
areas of concentration include: labor negotiations and labor
contract administration, labor arbitration, practice before
the National Labor Relations Board; employment litigation
before federal and state courts and administrative agencies;
presentation of training seminars on such topics as sexual
harassment, employment discrimination and maintaining union-free
status.
