DIANE PIETRASZEWSKI has been with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP since 2005.

Ms. Pietraszewski's practice is focused on employment litigation, labor arbitrations, and assisting employers in resolving employment-related issues. She handles a wide variety of employment cases ranging from age, gender, race, religion, and disability discrimination to issues involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and employee harassment. She also assists employers with day-to-day employment concerns and helps them prepare employee manuals, policies and agreements.
