Kathryn Cronin

Kathryn Cronin, who joined the firm in March 2018, is a labor and employment law attorney who represents and counsels management in a variety of labor and employment law matters, including employment discrimination and workplace harassment, wage and hour issues, family and medical leave issues, employee discipline, civil rights issues, improper practice charges, and collective bargaining issues. Kathryn often deals with matters pertaining to the New York State Public Employees’ Fair Employment Act (the Taylor Law), the Family and Medical Leave Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York State Education Law.
