CARLYLE M. DUNAWAY, Jr. has been practicing law with CB&D since 1970. He has been a partner at CB&D since 1976.

Mr. Dunaway counsels and represents employers in diverse labor and employment law matters, including particularly defense of employment discrimination and wrongful discharge lawsuits in state and federal courts; litigation and arbitration of employment contract disputes over restrictive covenants and compensation issues; union negotiations, grievances and arbitrations and union organizing campaigns. Additionally, Mr. Dunaway advises management in all industries in all phases of employment law, employment contracts and employment policies and procedures.
