BRIAN J. CLARK has been practicing labor & employment law
at Clifton Budd & DeMaria since he came to the firm in 1985
from the Office of the Solicitor of Labor, U.S. Department
of Labor, in Washington, D.C.
Mr.
Clark has been a partner with the firm for over ten years.
Mr. Clark frequently represents clients in state and federal
courts in a variety of labor, employment discrimination, wrongful
discharge, ERISA and non-competition litigation. He also possesses
a strong background in administrative proceedings before the
National Labor Relations Board, the NYS Public Employment
Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
the U.S. Department of Labor, and various state and local
government agencies. Well versed in the field of collective
bargaining, he serves as chief labor negotiator for a number
of clients in both the private and public sector. He has extensive
arbitration experience. Mr. Clark also counsels clients on
the prevention and resolution of workplace disputes, and their
compliance with the numerous laws governing the field of labor
and employment.
